Let me tell you who I am
I completed the Registered Massage Therapy program at Makami College Edmonton 3000 Hr program. My interest in massage therapy stems from a love of working with people, a fascination with the human body, and my previous experience as Spa Coordinator in one of the best Hotels in Riviera Maya where I’m originally from.
I love that massage therapy give me the opportunity to work with a various group of clients and to assist them as they work toward their goals for good health and balanced lifestyles, to meet each client’s individual needs, I blends a diverse set of modalities and techniques including but not limited to: a thorough assessment, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, hot stones massage, myofascial release, Soft Tissue Release, Joint mobilization, cupping massage.
I was also graduated in Thai Foot Reflexology and Thai Table massage in Chiang Mai Thailand.
I have treated a variety of injuries and conditions, including work-related postural pain and stress, headaches, thoracic outlet syndrome, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, motor vehicle accident injuries, sports injuries, sciatica , frozen shoulder and TMJ dysfunction.
I’m interested in attending more courses on an ongoing basis to be an efficient therapist for her patients. I’m planning to continue with Reflexology training in the future. In my spare time, I love to travel, swimming, watch horror movies Lol, PAINT (mixed media art) and spend time with friends and family.
